What we collect
Through this form we collect the information you give us: the type of client you represent, the scale of the assets involved, the services you are interested in, your role and organisation, your name, email address, country and region, an optional phone number, and any message you write.
Why we collect it
We use it for one purpose, which is to respond to your enquiry and assess whether our services suit your situation. If you become a client, this information becomes part of your client file and is governed by our client privacy notice, which we deliver at onboarding and annually thereafter.
How we handle it
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and recorded in the firm's cloud storage, with an alert sent to a monitored firm mailbox. Access is limited to personnel who need it to respond to you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
That storage and mail service is provided by Google under a business agreement with the firm. We may also share your information with regulators, auditors or counsel where law or regulation requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are retained for as long as we may need them for regulatory or recordkeeping purposes, then deleted. Records tied to an advisory relationship are retained under the books and records rules that apply to registered investment advisers.
Your choices
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the recordkeeping obligations above. You may also ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.
